MSc FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (AS746)

    Synopsis of program

    The MSc. Coursework program requires completion of 34 credits of core courses and 6 credits of elective courses with presentation and submission of dissertation. Method of teaching includes lectures, laboratory practical, assignment, case study and mini project.

    Entry Requirements

    • Minimum CGPA of 2.75 in Bachelor of Food Science and Technology or related field from UiTM or institution recognized by UiTM OR
    • Minimum CGPA of 2.50 in Bachelor of Food Science and Technology or related field from UiTM or institution recognized by UiTM with at least two (2) years of working experience in related field Related field: Microbiology, Applied Chemistry, Food Science and Nutrition, Food Bioprocess, Food Engineering, Food Quality Management
