MASTER OF SCIENCE IN ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY (AS 728) – COURSE WORK
PROGRAM SYNOPSES
The Master of Science in Environmental Technology (MSc Env. Tech) program offered by the Faculty of Applied Sciences, UiTM Shah Alam combines the key elements of the environment water, air and land for environmental pollution control. Graduates from this program have the potential to become an expert workforce in environment-related fields. This program, will also allow graduates the opportunity to further their studies at the doctorate level (PhD).
MODE OF PROGRAM
Method of teaching includes lectures, colloquiums, practical training and dissertation projects.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility will be based on one of the following:
• A minimum of a second class Honours Degree or CGPA of 2.75 in a science-related field from UiTM or any institution of higher learning recognised by the UiTM Senate; or
• A bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of between 2.50 and 2.75 can be considered subject to rigorous internal assessment; or
• An equivalent qualification to an Honours Degree in a science-related field recognised by the UiTM Senate together with relevant experience.
*Less qualified students may be accepted if they have proof of relevant and significant work experience in industry or in the public sector
